Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Earrings, customized items, and sale products are non-returnable.

Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with images.

Jewelry should have the opening video 

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
