Return & Refund Policy

At IRA Collections, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product should have all original tags and packaging intact.
Items must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or used.
Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery, accessories, and certain sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable. Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, IRA Collections will cover the return shipping costs, subject to verification.
